In my Instagram live stream, I discussed topics like why I chose to start my fitness page, who my audience is, and what content I put on my page. In my podcast, I spoke about those things as well as what my goals were. For the readers who would like insight on how I live a simple healthy lifestyle, check out my Instagram fitness page! I go over what workouts I do, what I eat, and what vitamins & supplements I take. If any of that interests you, go check it out!

For starters, I created my fitness account to hold myself accountable to live a healthy life I wanted to live. The second reason was that I kept getting questions like "where do you get your ideas from" or "do you have an account that we can follow?" I decided that instead of answering back with no, I would just refer them to my fitness page!

I don't post something and then log off right after. I do the opposite because then that doesn't allow for interactive flow on your page, which is the whole intent of posting something. It allows my audience to ask me questions and get to know me and what I do better instead of acting like a stuck up snob who no one can relate to. Comments are super important to me (DMS too) and help me maintain content that all my viewers have access to change if they think something could be done better. This is why do not post and then log off. Intentionality and connection are the top ways that I promote this brand and image.

How I optimize my content would be all thanks to the interactive add-ins Instagram stories allow users to have. The polls, the swipe up ability, hashtags, and tagging are all instruments I use among others to help better promote my page.

My collaboration with other accounts sometimes don't help me promote my own business, but that of others. Sometimes I do get mentioned in other accounts and that then helps promote my business because their followers see my account which helps promote my business.

Eventually when I feel like my brand is popular enough I will probably have to get copy right's to workouts that I come up with along with food and smoothie recipes. But as of right now, I do not need anything of the sorts.

Why I do 'behind the scenes' on my Instagram page is due to the fact that literally, no one is perfect. There is no such thing as 'Instagram worthy,' and people should toss that notion out the window! I do this because my goal is to alleviate that stereotype of being Instagram worthy and promote a real-life exemplary workout page.
